About This Degree

The Exercise Science degree has a science-based curriculum that provides a broad background for students planning to further their education at the bachelor and/or graduate level.

What's Unique about this Degree: It combines hands-on exercise science training with the math and science courses needed to transfer successfully.

Good to Know: Students who choose this degree will be enrolled in curriculum in areas such as anatomy, chemistry, mathematics, physics, physiology, and kinesiology.

Who is this degree for: You can transfer into programs like adapted physical education, adult or corporate fitness, biomechanics, exercise physiology, motor control, ergonomics, sport psychology, and/or sports medicine. Students planning to enter the job market would prepare for entry-level employment with corporate and community fitness programs, health clubs, and similar fitness-related industries.
