The Computer Programming Technology Degree provides students with specific skills in Computer Science and Computer Programming or Coding. Students will learn a variety of computer languages that will prepare them to develop applications that can run on multiple platforms.

What's Unique about this Degree: Vincennes University provides students with a unique opportunity to learn how to program without spending the first year talking about theory. Students will start coding the first week of class, and will have developed multiple applications after just the first year.

Good to Know: We teach multiple languages (such as Python, C#, Java, Objective C, PHP), but we do not start over in the learning process for each new course. We use a Building Block approach to learning. If you learn how to program loops in C#, you know how to program loops in Java. Trust Us! You will learn more here in two years than most other universities.

Who is this degree for: This Degree option is ideal for students wanting to work in a variety of Information Technology Jobs such as: Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Systems Developer/Analyst, Website Developer, or Mobile App Developer.
