ABOUT THE SHOW

“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” written by William Shakespeare at the end of the 16th century, features a group of young, star-crossed lovers who run away to the woods, and a band of mischievous fairies who cause havoc for the humans. A group of actors, known as The Mechanicals, relieve the tension with their hilariously poor attempt at a play. This lighthearted comedy will be performed in the setting of a grand circus, with the fairies as carnival folk. The circus theme will begin in the lobby before the show even begins, with decorations, a photo-op, circus peanuts and face painting!”
