Career Advancement Partnership (CAP) The Center for Technology, Innovation and Manufacturing (CTIM) is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to serving the local economy by producing a pipeline of highly skilled technicians to local manufacturers, and by providing training opportunities for current employees to learn new skills. The keystone program of the CTIM is the Career Advancement Partnership (CAP) Program designed with a unique work-learn format allowing students to apply in real-time what they learn in labs on-site with an employer.
